Allied Motion's CL family of coreless DC motors maximizes performance via a unique coreless rotor design combined with high strength permanent magnets. CL motors boast virtually zero iron loss, no cogging torque, minimal torque ripple, and low rotor inertia.
These attributes make them ideal for small medical devices, small pumps, mirror/prism drives in scanners, high-end model trains and audio equipment, and similar applications.
